Step 1

Build a complete file to register a company in Vietnam.

Step 2

Submit the application to the Department of Planning and Investment (DPI).

Step 3

• Investment Registration Certificate (IRC).
• Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC).
• Various Sub Licenses.

Step 4

Declare the company to the tax authorities.

Register the company to the chamber of commerce.

Step 6

Find an accountant and buy the fiscal USB key for the company’s accounting.
