What should an investor check for regarding the certificate of his personal

bank account?

An investor should check :

• The spelling of the first and last name in the document.
• If the document is original.
• If the date of the document is recent.
• If the stamp of the bank affixed to the document is original.
• If the stamp of the Vietnam Embassy affixed to the document is original.
• If the amount in the personal bank account is equal to or greater than the amount
  
  to be invested in the company's bank account in Vietnam
