Why should a company describe the products it will produce in its factory?

A company must describe the types of products it will produce in its factory
for several reasons :

• The production of certain products is exclusively reserved for Vietnamese
  
  citizens.
• The production of certain products must be done in partnership with one
  
  or more Vietnamese citizens.
• The production of certain products is prohibited in the Vietnamese territory.
• The products must comply with the international standards of the WTO
  
  (World Trade Organization).
