Why should an investor specify the activity of his future company?

An investor must specify the activity of his future business for several reasons :

• Some activities are exclusively reserved for Vietnamese citizens.
• Some activities require a partnership with one or more Vietnamese citizens.
• Some activities are prohibited on the territory of Vietnam.
• Products and / or services must be in accordance with the international standards
  
  of the WTO (World Trade Organization).
• The amount of investment in the capital of a company in Vietnam varies according
  
  to the activity of the company.
